Gary and Sandy Richter are one of many couples that lead a Growth Group that meets on a weekly basis to discuss the elements and themes of the Sunday message.

The study involves mainly 3 different elements:

Getting Started

Personal reflection with everyday life helps spark the imagination and kindle memories that are surprising relevant to the message. Knowing where you are in your life first as it relates to what is taught will make the meaning of the message and it's change in your life that much more profound.

Into the Word

In the next section, time is spent reflecting on God's Word and pondering deeply the meaning of it's texts in relation to the message. This helps you understand on a ethical and moral level the principals of the message, and through the power of the Holy Spirit, gives you a deeper understanding of God's character and the redemptive work of Christ, thereby strengthening your faith and confidence in the Lord.

Application

Here is where practical ways of living out what is learned is discussed. By understanding definite ways of living out what God has taught, we become a compelling example of Christ to those around us.
