These choirs form for our occasional major productions, such as worship musicals and seasonal presentations. These are excellent ministry opportunities for those who desire involvement in short-term projects. Most productions are open to all interested teens and adults. Pastor Dave LeRud serves as producer and musical director for most productions.
Worship Teams consist of small ensembles of singers, instrumentalists and support people who serve to lead worship in our services. Worship Teams for the first two Sunday morning services generally rehearse on Wednesdays from 6:15 – 7:00 pm and Sundays at 7:20 am. The third service Worship Teams rehearse at various times. Individuals with musical ability, spiritual maturity, and a heart for worship may serve by invitation. Coordinators: Brian See, Yvonne Swift, Pastor Dave LeRud
Pieces performed by soloists or ensembles are a feature of our first two Sunday morning services, and are also sometimes scheduled for other events. Musical skill, spiritual maturity and a motivation to serve are prerequisites for leadership in special music. Coordinators: Yvonne Swift and Pastor Dave LeRud
The Worship Orchestra accompanies worship occasionally in our Sunday morning services, as well as for special services.
