Prime Timers
If you were to ask anyone 55 or older what were their 10 favorite worship hymns were, what would be some of the hymns you expect to be listed? The Prime Timers ministry answered this question at their January luncheon.
Psalm 30:4-5
Sing praises to the Lord, O you his saints,
and give thanks to his holy name.
For his anger is but for a moment,
and his favor is for a lifetime.
Weeping may tarry for the night,
but joy comes with the morning.

Prime Time ministries are for those who are 55 and older. There is a monthly potluck lunch on the first Thursday of each month and is a time for fellowship and learning together. They also have periodic social events and day trips to areas of interest in the around Oregon and southern Washington. Several in the group have become involved in visiting those who are no longer able to get away from their home.
